section One

Definitions of agreement terms

In this Agreement, and unless the context requires otherwise, the terms referred to in this section shall have the terms stipulated next to each term, as follows:

"Ayarshop.com", "store", "website", "we", "first person" or "owner": refers to the website www.ayarshop.com.

“User”, “you” or “user” means the person who visits the Store, uses it, registers as a member of the Store, or enters into this Agreement or any of its sections with us.

5. The contracts complementing this agreement are considered an integral part of it, and the terms and conditions that apply to this agreement, and they are inseparably linked to this agreement, are indivisible.

6. Amendments to this Agreement shall have the same provision and legal effect as this Agreement.

Eligibility, consent and terms of use

Section III regulates the legal capacity necessary to enter into this Agreement with us, the terms and conditions of acceptance of this Agreement, and the terms of use of the Store that the parties to this Agreement must comply with.

First: Legal Capacity of Natural Persons

1. The User acknowledges that he has the full, unrestricted legal capacity to enter into this Agreement with us in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Second: The legal status of commercial entities (institutions, companies, etc.)

2. Commercial entities must have the necessary licenses and permits, be restricted in accordance with the regulations governing trade, and have a valid commercial record of their activity at the time of entering into this agreement and for the duration of your continuing with us in this contractual relationship.

3. The store reserves at any time to request all documents, papers, records and licenses that prove the legal capacity of the commercial entities that enter into this agreement with us, whether during the registration process or at any time thereafter.

Third: Natural persons' approval of the agreement

1. The consent of the natural person to this agreement is required, and this consent is expressly declared, and the consent is explicit by registering the user with us in the store, using the store, or ordering the purchase of products or entering with us in any sales process.

2. If the entry with us into this Agreement is done by a person on behalf of the User, the representative must provide us with the authorization or power of attorney evidencing the User's authorization to enter into this Agreement with us.

3. If the user is a minor and has not reached the legal age, he must enter into this agreement with us through his natural guardian, legal or judicial guardian.

Fourth: Commercial Entities Approval of the Agreement

1. If the user is a business entity, the legal representative of that entity must enter into this Agreement with us.

2. The commercial register or the authorization issued by the commercial entity must state the powers that permit the legal representative to enter into this agreement with us.

3. The legal representative of the commercial entity enters into this agreement with us at his personal responsibility, and therefore he bears all legal responsibilities in case he exceeds the powers delegated to it by the commercial entity.

Fifth: The digital signature of the parties to the agreement

1. In services that require registration: By registering for an account in the store, or by clicking to accept the terms of service when prompted on the store, it is considered that you have implemented this agreement and other terms of service electronically, and it is legally effective against you from the date of registration Your account or from the date you clicked to accept the Terms of Service.

Sixth: Terms of Use of the Store
